At True Baskett, we want customers to feel confident about their purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 60 days of delivery under the conditions below.
Order Cancellation
Requests to modify or cancel an order should be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.
Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
Returns
To request a return, contact support@truebaskett.com within 60 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- The name used for the order
- The product you wish to return
- Your reason for requesting the return
Returns must be approved before merchandise is sent back.
Unless an item arrived damaged or defective, merchandise must be unused and returned in its original packaging to qualify.
Products showing damage caused by misuse, improper handling, normal wear, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Inspection and Refund
Returned merchandise may be inspected before a refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method.
Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before refunded funds appear on an account.

We will review the information and determine the appropriate replacement or resolution.
